On May 30^th, 2015, Mr. ZHANG Yi headed the Delegation to visit Madrid, Spain and held the meeting with ACEC and Soxna Company. The three parties signed the MOU of cooperation and would jointly promote the campus football program in China.

Signing the MOU of Cooperation

Soxna Company was founded in 2009 whose mission is to promote the campus football in China. This professional company is the member of ACEC, while Mr. Luis Alsina, President of Soxna is the Deputy President of ACEC. With the coordination of ACEC, Soxna Company has carried out the cooperation with China Evergrande Group, Royal Madrid Football Club and provided the professional service for China Evergrande Football School and its branch campus in Madrid. In the meanwhile, Soxna Company is carrying the in-depth cooperation with the educational authorities of China and has formulated the master plan for the Chinese campus football, which has brought forth the positive social influence.

Mr. ZHANG Yi said, the market for campus football in China was extremely huge, which meant all the persons of insight in the circle of European football would be welcome to participate in. During the course of field investigation, the Commission has found that Chinese people has developed the positive identification with European football circle and there exist various training demands for the specific football training styles of Spain, Italy, England, France and Germany. Since Soxna Company had the remarkable track record, namely, the strong competence of integrating the resources of Spanish football circle, in-depth cooperation with Chinese educational authorities for years and the formulation of training courses and textbooks tailor-made for the campus football program in China, the Commission would like to join hands with ACEC and Soxna Company to introduce the Spanish youth football training into China and expand the content of cooperation at the opportune moment.

Mr. Marco WANG, Executive President of ACEC remarked, Chinese people loved the football and were quite willing to do their utmost to realize the great improvement of Chinese football. As the platform of the cultural and sport cooperation between Spain and China, ACEC had made its headway many years ago and provided the support for Soxna with which Soxna could enter the campus football field of China. The remarkable achievements of today had laid the solid foundation for the further cooperation of tomorrow. ACEC and the Commission would jointly bring forth the Spanish-Chinese youth football cooperation program and entrust Soxna Company to implement the program.

Mr. Luis Alsina, President of Soxna Company said, it was the great honor for Soxna Company to participate in the Chinese campus football program and he was very pleased to see that the program of Soxna Company had been recognized in China. Spain has enjoyed the high reputation in the circle of world football and its youth football training experience would be worthy of being shared in the world, especially with China, the country that was bent on promoting the campus football with great efforts. Soxna Company was very proud of the fact that it was Soxna that formulated the first master plan for Chinese campus football in the collaboration with the authoritative experts of Spanish football circle on the basis of the field investigation and scientific evaluation, which had been recognized by the Chinese educational authorities and was being implemented in China step by step. It would be great honor and pleasure for Soxna Company to become the executive party of the campus football program formulated by the Commission and ACEC and Sonxa Company had the confidence in improving the performance of Chinese campus football with the Commission and ACEC.

On the basis of the consensus and intention, the three parties signed the MOU of cooperation.
