The Commission Has been Authorized to Provide the Certification Service

Recently, the Commission has been officially authorized by La Asociación de Investigación de la Industria Agroalimentaria (Ainia), Spain and will provide the certification service for the Chinese companies that are to export Chinese foods, chemical products and cosmetics into European market.
The headquarters of Ainia Technological Center is situated at Benjamin Franklin 5-11 Science Park, Valencia City, Spain. As the institution with more than 1100 associated companies, Ainia is the professional technoglical center with the rich experiences in the applied R & D for more than 20 years. Ainia has 200 working staff, most of whom are techniciains. The total area of facilities including office and laboratories of Ainia is 12000 square meters. Ainia is the specialized insitutiation in the fields of food technology, biotechnology, nanotechnology, electronics and communications, chemical technologies, environmental and energetic technologies. Ainia provides the one-stop service for non-EU commodites that are targeted for EU market, which means, the related commodites can directly enter EU market after having gone through the series of detailed certfication service. The current Director General of Ainia is Mr. Sebastain Subirats.
On February 10, 2015, Mr. ZHANG Yi visited Ainia and held the business talk with Mr. Sebastain Subirats. Both parties had confirmed their cooperation willingness and would provide the one-stop certification service for the entry of the related Chinese commodities into EU market. EUCNC Holding S. L., the subsidiary company of the Commission set up in Alicante, Spain has been authorized by Ainia to provide the certification service.
The Commission has become the official representative of EU Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) and provides the IP service of registering the trademarks and designs in EU for Chinese enterprises. With the services concerning OHIM and Ainia as the basis, the Commission has set up the Certification Center. The Certification Center is the professional institution that provides the one-stop service for Chinese and European enterprises to enter the market of their counterparts with the coverage of professional assessment, designing, consulting, training and financing. The Certification Center is contacting other functionary departments, the authoritative authentication institutions at EU Headquarters and its Member States in order to provide more professional services with a view to becoming the innovation-oriented comprehensive and authoritative certification center within three years and providing the all-rounded and unique service for Chinese and European enterprises.
