On March 3^rd, 2017, Chairman ZHANG Yi and Mr. YANG Nianlu, Managing Vice President and Secretary General of the Chinese Society of Education (CSE) visited Ningbo Students’ Center for Vocational Experience and Development, and held the joint meeting with the other parties as for the preparatory work of international forum. Mr. HU Zhenming, Deputy Secretary General of ECMDC, Ms. Ingrid JIANG, Chairperson of the Board of EU-China Municipal Development Projects Management Co., Ltd and Ms. ZHU Ting, Director of the Academic Department of CSE accompanied Mr. ZHANG Yi and Mr. YANG Nianlu to visit Ningbo as well.

At 10:00 am of March 3^rd, the delegation headed by Mr. ZHANG Yi visited Ningbo Students’ Center for Vocational Experience and Development in company with Mr. HE Qide, Deputy Director General of Ningbo Education Bureau, Mr. CHEN Hongxiang, Director of Vocational Education Section of Ningbo Education Bureau and Ms. HUANG Xiaoying, Vice Principal of Ningbo Economic and Trade School.

Ningbo Students’ Center for Vocational Experience and Development is the project invested by Ningbo Education Bureau, while Ningbo Economic and Trade School is in charge of its construction and daily management. The Center is the first comprehensive base in China which provides chances for students to have different vocational experiences and guide their future career development. The Center was opened on November 6^th, 2016. The Center actualizes the ideal integration of vocational competence test and vocational experiences, and scientifically guides students to develop their own personal career positioning and future development.

The delegation was greatly impressed by the scientific planning and creative conception of the Center. At the meeting, Mr. ZHANG Yi and Mr. YANG Nianlu indicated their favorable opinions as for the originality of the Center, and their willingness of carrying out the in-depth cooperation.

At 3:00 pm, the delegation held the joint meeting with Ningbo Education Bureau, Ningbo Dongqian Lake Tourist and Holiday Resort Administrative Committee, and Ningbo Huamao Group in order to discuss the progress of the preparatory of Ningbo international forum and formulate the timetable for the follow-up. All the concerned parties reached the consensus that it was necessary to ensure the steady progress of the preparatory work with the doubled effort until the successful holding of the forum.
