From April 14^th to 16^th, 2017, Chairman ZHANG Yi was invited to attend 2017 China “IoT+” Forum and Cybernaut Investment Group Annual Conference, which was held in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province. The Forum was jointly organized by Cybernaut Investment Group and Wuxi Branch of China Chamber of International Commerce with more than 2,000 attendees. At the Forum, Mr. ZHANG Yi met with Mr. ZHU Min, Chairman of the Board of Cybernaut Investment Group, and held the in-depth discussion concerning the cooperation in the fields of sci-tech innovation, education and elderly care service industry. They reached the consensus of the cooperation, and defined the road map and timetable for the follow-up.

At the meeting, Mr. ZHANG Yi made the detailed introduction to Mr. ZHU Min as for the recent work undertaken by ECMDC. He remarked, in November, 2016, ECMDC signed the Letter of Agreement with UNESCO with the purpose of promoting “Microscience Programme” in China. In order to implement this cooperation project well in China, ECMDC has become the strategic partner to the Chinese Society of Education. ECMDC, UNESCO, the Chinese Society of Education and other partners are determined to jointly create an international youth sci-tech innovation platform and an international creative education cooperation platform on the basis of “Microscience Programme”. In the meanwhile, ECMDC has established the partnership with many famous European sci-tech parks, and is systematically introducing European sci-tech innovation projects into the Chinese market in order to actualize win-win. What is more, ECMDC is the practitioner of Sino-European cooperation on urbanization, and is gradually introducing the advanced European experiences of urbanization into China. Europe has the forefront experiences and project resources in the field of elderly care service industry, which is just what China, the aging country is in urgent need of. All the European high-quality resources gathered by ECMDC will be open to Chinese partners, these potential cooperation are expected to be implemented then and there.

Mr. ZHU Min said, European high-quality resources possessed by ECMDC in the fields of sci-tech innovation, education and elderly care service industry is what Cybernaut is searching for. He introduced that the key focus of Cybernaut is on those emerging industries with the great integration potentials and platform value. Cybernaut will work with partners to create the investment model and the open platform to converge all the favorable elements to foster the development of the emerging industries. In the meanwhile, Cybernaut has rich experiences in assisting start-up companies in going public in China and U.S. stock market. Since ECMDC possesses European high-quality resources, while Cybernaut has the advantages of capital, management and marketing, the synergy between ECMDC and Cybernaut will surely usher in the brilliant win-win. The joint efforts will ensure the speedy actualization of the set objective in a better way, which can serve as the new model for Sino-European cooperation within the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative.
